We operate on an 'as required' hourly basis with no call out fee and no minimum number of hours. There are no hidden extras, and no contract to sign. Our Service Level Agreement clearly states what you can expect to receive from us, and there is no responsibility on your part. If you are not satisfied with the service we provide, you are under no obligation to continue working with us.
